Welcome to Stasks, a productivity app developed by Expert Vetted Digital based out of Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stasks app and any related services provided by Expert Vetted Digital. By accessing or using the Stasks app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use certain features of the Stasks app, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep your account information secure and confidential.
You agree to use the Stasks app in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the app or the servers and networks connected to the app.

By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Stasks app, you grant Expert Vetted Digital a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the operation of the app.
You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Expert Vetted Digital reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Your use of the Stasks app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Expert Vetted Digital does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
In no event shall Expert Vetted Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Stasks app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Expert Vetted Digital has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Vetted Digital, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Stasks app or any violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
Expert Vetted Digital reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised version on the Stasks app. Your continued use of the app after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
